Background:
Joe has over 15 years’ experience working in the construction industry with four years in architecture. Joe started his career working on site as a carpenter on anything from small domestic loft conversions to large hotel developments but, tired of cold winter mornings working outdoors, he decided to trade in his hammer for a keyboard and retrained as an Architectural Technologist. Whilst working in drawing offices Joe has been involved in numerous commercial and domestic projects, always taking pride in the information he produces to ensure a thorough and considered approach to everything he works on.
Favourite Projects:
Joe has always had a particular interest in commercial architecture and has been involved in a number of landmark building projects across the UK, most notably the extension and refurbishment of a five-storey, 18,000ft² office building in the heart of Poole.
Beyond Work:
Whether it’s rock climbing on the Swanage cliffs or fishing in the beautiful Dorset Stour, Joe loves to spend time outdoors in fresh countryside air! He is also drawn to the hustle and bustle of the built environment and loves exploring cities to find the perfect spot for meals and drinks with his wife and friends.
